Hello!  We’re Shelly + Robert Grand, aka GRAND House Buyers Family Team!  We are a LOCAL Eugene husband-and-wife family business that grew up and raised our own five kids here in the area.  In addition to buying homes for cash, Robert is a Fire Chief at the Eugene-Springfield Fire Department.  He has been in the Fire Service for 22+ years.  In addition to mentoring our 5 kids and 2 grandchildren, Shelly is proud to be a Female Business Owner + Home Designer + Home Stager.  She is passionate about buying homes for cash to revitalize them and our community here in the Eugene area.

Grand House Buyers believes in giving back to our community in Oregon. Robert and Ricky Grand founded and support Impact Club Eugene, a local giving group that has donated over $128,000 to local Eugene and Springfield, Oregon, non-profits.

Through ImpactClub®, as Impact Venture Capitalists, we invest heavily in local charities that demonstrate a powerful “Story Engine” and have proven their willingness to fight for their cause – by competing in and winning a high-stakes competition. As a result, ImpactClub®, through Impact Venture Capitalism, has dramatically multiplied the Impact that a single person can have on charities in their local community.

Impact Club Eugene meets every quarter to listen to 3 local Lane County-based charities pitch for 5 minutes each. After all the presentations, the Impact Club members vote on the winning charity. The winning charity is then awarded the giving group’s quarterly donation. Impact Club Eugene has grown from 2 people to over 123 local members. Each member donates just $100 each quarter. Coupled with 123 other members, it creates a local impact of $12,300 a quarter.
